Iata, de aseara este oficial: halterofilul roman Gabriel Sincraian (categoria 85 kg) a pierdut medalia de bronz obtinuta la Jocurile Olimpice de la Rio de Janeiro, din aceasta vara, comunicatul Tribunalului Arbitral pentru Sport (TAS), pe care il voi reproduce, in copy-paste, mai jos, fiind clar in acest sens.

Motivul este “violarea regulilor antidoping, dupa ce a fost testat pozitiv la Testosteron exogen (adica nu produs de el, sunt mahnit si nu-mi gasesc cuvintele, luat din afara, este vorba de steroizi artificiali – nota mea, LO), o substanta nespecificata, interzisa sub S1.1b in lista substantelor prohibite a WADA, controlul fiind in timpul competitiei, pe 12 august 2016.

“Toate rezultatele obtinute de Gabriel Sincraian la Jocurile Olimpice 2016 de la Rio, inclusiv medalia de bronz in concursul masculin de haltere la categoria 85 kg, sunt descalificate”.

Se adauga faptul ca si boxerul rus Misa Aloian, care a folosit stimulanti, a fost controlat pe 21 august 2016 si depistat pozitiv, el fiind deposedat de medalia de argint obtinuta la categoria 52 kg (musca).

ISSUES DECISIONS IN THE CASES OF

GABRIEL SINCRAIAN (ROM/WEIGHTLIFTING -85KG)

AND MISHA ALOIAN (RUS/BOXING -52KG)

Lausanne, 8 December 2016 – The Anti-Doping Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport
(CAS ADD) has issued decisions in two cases related to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games:
Romanian weightlifter Gabriel Sincraian is found to have committed an anti-doping rule violation after testing positive for exogenous Testosterone, a non-specified substance prohibited under S1.1b on the WADA prohibited list, during an in-competition doping control on 12 August 2016.

All results obtained by Gabriel Sincraian in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, including the bronze medal in the Men’s Weightlifting 85kg event, are disqualified.

Russian boxer Misha Aloian is found to have committed an anti-doping rule violation after testing positive for Tuaminoheptane, a specified stimulant, prohibited in-competition under S6 on the WADA Prohibited List, during an in-competition doping control on 21 August 2016.

The results obtained by the athlete in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, including the silver medal obtainedin the Men’s -52kg boxing event on 21 August 2016, are disqualified.
